Soup of potatoes
Ingredients
7-8 (400 g) potatoes
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
5-6 sprigs fresh garlic
1 cup (200 ml) milk
egg 1
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
parsley

Method
