Soup of potatoes and salo

Ingredients
250 g salo
5-6 (300 g) of potatoes
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
2 (100 g) carrots
1 -2 root parsley
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Salo, cut into small pieces, fry until it turns rosy, then in the separated oil sauté onions and flour. Add 6 cups hot water and put the diced potatoes, carrots and parsley roots. Soup, add salt to taste and boil until vegetables soften. In serving its sprinkle with chopped parsley.
