Soup of rice with yogurt
Ingredients
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 head (50 g) onion
60 g butter
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
1 egg
pepper
salt

Method
Rice and chopped onion pour in boiling salted water and cook until completely soft. Add the butter, and then the broth boil for a few minutes. After downloading it from the fire bind with beaten egg and yogurt and sprinkle with pepper.
