Sour-sweet beet salad

Ingredients
4 chapters beet
1 large red onion
6-8 leaves fresh or dried tarragon
1-2 tbsp cream
salt
4 tbsp (40 ml) of wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
4 tbsp (40 ml) olive oil
black pepper
Method
Cleaned beets boil 25-30 minutes until soft. Once cool, peel and cut into small cubes or thin strips. Vinegar and honey is put in a small saucepan and boil until half remain. Remove from heat and mix with olive oil and seasoned with pepper to taste. Beets and chopped onion mix, add salt and gently mix with a topping. Allow to cool. Before Serve salad seasoned with tarragon and pour a little cream.

Very tasty and useful recipe!

Everything is ok, but do not forget that tarragon (Tharos) is very strong spice and it seems to me that in this recipe very much. Word of advice - reduce tarragon!

I made a salad with leeks became too tasty.
