Spaghetti Han Asparuh

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
5 skinless sausages
1 onion
4 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 sprigs of parsley
1 jar tomato
150 ml red wine
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp savory
pinch of sugar
feta cheese for sprinkling
salt
Method
Spaghetti put in a saucepan with salted boiling water and cook. Then drain. Chop finely and stew in the oil on low heat. Season with pepper. Then diluted with red wine and leave the high heat until reduced by half its volume. Tomatoes Strain and pour in the onion. Sprinkle with sugar and salt and boil for 10 minutes. A few minutes before the sauce to withdraw from the heat, put the savory, chopped parsley and the skinless sausages (cubes). Each serving of spaghetti pour the sauce, sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
