Spaghetti Sorrento

Ingredients
400 g spaghetti
1 cup olive oil
400 g processed cheese
500 g tomatoes
1 bunch basil
salt, pepper

Method
Wash tomatoes, peel and cut just in small pieces. Leave in pan. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and basil. Stir well and let the sauce to stand for about two hours. Then cut processed cheese into cubes and add to the tomatoes. Boil pasta in salted water, drain well and pour the sauce in court. Stir quickly and serve.
