Spanish mussels

Ingredients
1.75 kg mussels
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) white wine
1 onion
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
bay leaf
thyme
parsley
salt
Method
Mussels thoroughly wash brush, place in a saucepan, pour the wine and 1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) of water, add chopped onion, parsley, spices and stew until the mussels open. Remove and broth boil a little while poizpari. Add salt, thicken with flour, away with a spoonful of cold water and boil, you can add a little white wine. Mussels are arranged in a dish and pour the prepared sauce.

Comments

Spray wine instead of garlic finely chopped onion, 80 g butter and parsley. Strain the broth and serve open scallops with broth. Varna them understand these things.
