Spanish omelettes

Ingredients
8 eggs
1 onion
2 tbsp peas
2 tbsp green beans
1 carrot
2 potatoes
parsley
pepper
salt
olive oil
Method
Eggs are broken with salt and pepper , add cooked and finely chopped vegetables and fry 4 omelet in sunflower oil. Omelets are roasted in the oven or under the grill.
