Specialty Corona

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
2 eggs
2 slices of bread
1 onion
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp savory
pepper
3 hard boiled eggs
3-4 pickles
3 carrots
little pickle decoration

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with 2 eggs, grated onion, 2 slices of soaked bread, cumin, savory and pepper. Allow to rest in a cool 30 minutes. Prepare the filling of diced pickles and boiled carrots and eggs. In curly cake pan, well greased with sunflower oil to put half of the minced meat, pour the filling and top cover with the remaining mince. Bake until ready. Attention is on platter and garnish with pieces of pickled vegetables, so as to resemble a crown.
