Ingredients
4 pork chops
150 g pickles
100 g sausage
200 g cheese
1 onion
200 g canned tomatoes
50 ml white wine
3-4 cloves garlic
100 ml sunflower oil
2 and 1/2 tbsp flour
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Chops were cut transversely into two halves, without going to the end, so as to obtain a pocket. Pip is salted, sprayed with wine and stay for 10-15 minutes. Prepare stuffing as stew onion, sausage and pickles, chopped. Add spices. Steaks are filled with the mixture, arrange in pan, pour Crumple with a fork and mixed with sunflower oil and flour tomatoes. Bake until almost. Cheese cut into thin slices and cover it with semi steaks. Dopichat a further 10-15 minutes.
