Specialty pork tenderloin

Ingredients
500 g pork loin
2 red onion
3-4 pickles
100-150 g smoked breast (bacon)
2 roasted red peppers
100 ml white wine
2-3 tbsp thick cream
pikantina
# For garnish:
fries
lemon
leaves of green salad padding
parsley
Method
Pork tenderloin cut into thin strips fry (stew) in sunflower oil. Then pikantina to taste, chopped onions freckles, pickles, bacon and peppers cut into strips. Pour the wine. Once the boil add the cream. In the bowl put 1-2 lettuce leaves. Top french fries and meat on them. Decorate with parsley and lemon slice.
