Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
250 g cheese
5 eggs
350 g canned mushrooms
200 g sour cream
100 g yogurt
50 g flour
200 g potatoes
100 g onion
50 ml sunflower oil
50 g breadcrumbs
100 g butter
salt, pepper, parsley
Method
Onions are cleaned and cut into small pieces. The meat is kneaded with some of the onion, 2 eggs and breadcrumbs. Mushrooms with remaining eggs and onion sauté part of the butter. Prepare milk sauce of cream, yogurt and flour. Minced meat shaped cutlets, which are rolled in flour and fry in the oil. On schnitzel put the mixture of mushrooms and onions, grate cheese and is baked. Cook potatoes purposes. After their cooking Peel and cut into slices, fry in remaining butter and a little onion. Portions are formed, as in the middle put meat baked with cheese and side - the sauce and potatoes. Sprinkle parsley on top.
