Spicy fish

Ingredients
1.5 kg fish
500 g onion
200 g cream or yoghurt
100 ml sunflower oil
2 yolks
lemon 1
2 tbsp melted butter
pepper
salt
Method
Clearing, washed and drained the fish and add salt. Cut the onion into slices and stew in the oil and add the red pepper. In a baking dish spread half of the onion, put the fish on top, on her remaining onions. Bake in a preheated oven. Baked fish pour the mixture of the butter, cream, beat egg yolks and lemon juice.
