Spicy fried pork

Ingredients
500 g pork loin
1 clove garlic
25 g of fresh ginger root (or a pinch of ground ginger)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 bunch spring onions (or 1 -2 heads onion)
400 g celery
100 g of dried apricots
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
200 ml broth
salt
Method
The meat is washed, dried and cut into strips . Crushed garlic mixed with grated ginger, soy sauce and cayenne pepper. The pulp was mixed well and the mixture was allowed to stand for 1 hour. Onions is cleaned and cut into thin rings and peeled celery, dried apricots cut into thin strips. Fry the meat in portions of the vegetable oil and subtract. Add the grated lemon peel, onion, celery and apricot mixture and fry 4-5 minutes. Meat in the tank, pour the broth, the dish stew for another 5 minutes and finally add salt to taste. In skidding can be adorned with sprigs herbs and roasted peeled almonds
