Ingredients
500 g of onion
3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
4 eggs
1 tbsp capers
10-15 green olives
8-10 fish tinned anchovies
1 bunch green onion
150 g smoked cheese
pepper
Method
The salad is prepared 1 day before serving. Peel the onion, cut into rings and divided into rings. Add chopped feathers green onions, olive oil and lemon juice squeezed. Everything is transferred into a jar with a screw cap and placed for 1 day in the refrigerator. Half an hour before serving the mixture is transferred to a serving plate, add capers, free of stones olives, chopped anchovy fillets and diced cheese. The salad is seasoned with pepper to taste and stir. Decorate with slices of boiled eggs.
