Ingredients
4 slices of white bread
100 g canned sardines
1 onion
2 sprigs parsley
1 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
Method
Finely chopped sardines mixed with finely chopped onions and parsley, olive oil and lemon juice, warm slices are coated with the mixture and baked under the grill or in a hot oven for about 1 minute. Slices are cut into strips and served immediately.
