Spicy steamed fish

Ingredients
700 g cod or halibut
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
60 g lard
2 onions
1 clove garlic
2 sprigs parsley
3 tbsp tomato paste
vinegar
120 g sterilized shrimp
salt
pepper
Method
The washed fish is cut into cubes, add salt is sprinkled with pepper, rolled in flour and fried in fat. In the remaining oil fry chopped onion rings. Fish, onion, crushed garlic and chopped parsley place in a baking dish. Pour the mixture with 3/4 cup (150 ml) of water in which the fuzzy tomato puree, add 1 teaspoon vinegar and stew 40 minutes in a low oven. Ten minutes before the end of adding the sterilized shrimp.
