Spicy Tomato Cocktail

Ingredients
1.5 kg ripe tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
50 ml lemon juice
salt
pepper
a few drops of Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce
mint leaves

Method
The tomatoes are peeled and cut quarters. Cucumber also peel and cut into cubes. Vegetables are ground with blender. The juice is filtered and mixed with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper and a few drops of hot sauce. Nathe pita is served well chilled and sprinkled with finely chopped mint leaves.
