Spinach dish
Ingredients
4 cups (800 g) flour
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) water
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
1 tbsp (10 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) salt
200 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) yogurt
3 handfuls (1 kg) spinach
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) of cheese

Method
Spinach is cleaned of stalks, wash well, drain and cut into small, then stew with some of the butter, allow to cool and stir in the feta cheese and yoghurt . Flour, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar and water knead dough banitsa. 5 rolled sheets which rank in the pan, sprinkle with as butter and stuffed with spinach. The top layer, which is thicker than the others, is sprinkled with butter. Spinach dish bake in a moderate oven.
