Spinach Meatballs

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
2-3 potatoes
3 tbsp breadcrumbs or flour 2 tbsp
2 eggs
1 onion
1 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
# breading:
flour
egg
Method
Spinach is cleaned, washed and cut into in large pieces. Add salt and put in a pot to stew for 7-8 minutes without water. Drained and chopped, then mix with grated boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, eggs, grated onion, parsley, salt and pepper. The mixture was kneaded well and it formed meatballs. Leave for 15-20 minutes and are then fried by rolled in flour, dipped in beaten egg and fry in highly preheated oil.

The recipe is very simple and is ideal for those who do not like so much spinach-a taste for his country.

Very tasty get added feta cheese and served with yogurt sauce. Thanks for the recipe!
