Spinach oven

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
4 eggs
1 cup (200 ml) milk
300 g feta cheese
60 g butter
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned and washed spinach boiled in salted water, drained, chopped finely, mixed with grated feta cheese and spread an even layer in a baking dish. Eggs are broken down with milk and a little salt and pour over spinach. Place top pieces of the butter. The dish is baked in a moderate oven. Serve with crushed pepper.

To this tasty meal by adding ground dry chili peppers and some wine the season. Mmmmm ...
