Spinach pudding

Ingredients
600 g spinach
1 onion
150 g bread
2-3 tbsp fat
3 eggs
salt
pepper
Method
In fat sauté spinach and chopped onion. Add and dip in water and squeezed white bread. Later add 3 yolks, salt, pepper, egg whites, beaten to snow. The mixture is poured into a container, brushed with butter, and bake in a water bath at a moderate oven.
