Spinach puree

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp flour
1-2 cloves garlic
salt
pepper
Method
Well wash the spinach, boil in salted water until soft. Drain from the water and was ground to paste. Flour fry in the oil, diluted with 3 cups of water in which the spinach is boiling. Add spinach puree the mixture and put the fire to thicken, stirring constantly. Pulls away, seasoned with pepper, salt and crushed garlic. Optional can be added a little coarsely chopped walnuts.
