Spinach quiche puff pastry

Ingredients
450 g puff pastry
250 g spinach
1 onion
30 ml olive oil
100 g feta cheese
4 eggs
4 olives for decoration
pepper
cumin
Method
In greased baking dish place the leaf puff pastry by pressing gently to seal the form. Cut excess so that it extends slightly over the edge of the mold. With a fork is pricked dough on the bottom. Put it in the preheated oven to 180 C in the average BBQ for 16-17 minutes until slightly pinkish. Remove to cool. If the base swell again is pricked with a fork, about to fall. In the heated fat stew chopped onion, add the chopped spinach while the fat remains. Get out of the heat and crumble the feta cheese. Add spices and stirred for another 1-2 minutes. The filling is distributed on the basis of butertestoto. Tap the eggs on top, so that it does not spill. Put it back in the oven and dopicha for another 25 minutes at 180 C. On each yolk put one olive.

The same can be done with any kind of herb, and perhaps with leek. Very nice recipe.

True yummy, as is cheese and spinach, super, already in favorites and soon will test it!
