Spinach roll Health

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
1 kg potatoes
3 eggs
1 onion
3 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp flour
60 g butter or sunflower oil
salt
pepper
pinch nutmeg
parsley
Method
Boiled potatoes Strain. Add 2 raw eggs and one yolk (egg white left spreads Roll), salt, pepper, nutmeg and flour. Knead dough, which is spread over a plate, sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs.
