Sponge cake with coconut flour

Ingredients
3 eggs
150 g of powdered sugar
100 g butter
150 g flour
4-5 tbsp milk
30 g cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1 vanilla
200 g grated coconut

Method
The butter mix with sugar until white. Add the egg yolks one by one, sifted flour with baking powder, milk, vanilla, coconut flour and cocoa. Mixed well with mixer. Whip with a pinch of salt on hard snow and add very carefully, so as not to fall. Pour the mixture into cake form, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a moderate oven. Cut, once cool.
