Sponge cake with milk

Ingredients
10 eggs
300 g of powdered sugar
200 g flour
rind of 1 lemon
1 liter milk
150 g sugar
2 vanilla powder
butter spreads
Method
Yolks are broken down by powdered sugar. Add flour and grated lemon peel, and mix well. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and also added to the mixture which was gently mixed and then poured into a greased with butter and scatter with flour (or breadcrumbs) tray. Bake at first strong, then the moderate oven. When baked remove and allow to cool completely, cut into desired shapes and pour the hot milk in which the dissolved sugar and vanilla.

I did not prepare topping with milk Finally, ie vanilla are placed at the beginning and put baking powder and for it to rise and very tasty :)
