Sponge cake * White and yellow *

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp cocoa

Method
Flour mixed with baking powder. Separate the yolks and whites. White: A 5 egg white is broken down into hard snow with 1/2 cup sugar. Was added with gentle stirring 1/2 cup flour. Yellow mixture: 5 egg yolks are broken with 1/2 cup sugar. Add the milk, the oil and 1 cup flour. In a greased and floured cake form lining: yellow mixture, white mixture, yellow mixture, as between them cocoa sprinkles. Bake in a moderate oven.

Very nice recipe, but I have one question. How many degrees just bake exactly how long and whether the oven must be preheated?

If you put crushed saffron yolk color is saturated. Do not need much, a couple stamens enough. A recipe is very interesting, I'll try.

In general, cakes seal of about 180 degrees in preheated oven about 45 minutes. But this is a rough approximation - every housewife has experience with your own oven. For safer not open the oven about 30 minutes and then try to wooden skewer or stick.
