Ingredients
8 eggs
100 g of powdered sugar
200 g flour
lemon peel
jam
butter spreads
Method
Eggs beat with powdered sugar to thicken, then slowly add flour and grated lemon peel and gently stir until thoroughly mixed mixture. Izspiva be prepared mixture in the pan, so as to obtain a thickness of 2 cm. Once baked sponge cake was cut into two halves, one of which is coated with jam and capped with the other. After it was cut into rectangles and were put into an oven for a weak bit.
