Spring salad

Ingredients
1 salad or lettuce
1 carrot
2 radishes
3-4 plums (dzhanarki)
1 egg
salt
1-2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp mustard
Method
Well washed and dried salad is broken into pieces (may be cut) and place in the middle of the plateau. Around rank circles of carrots, radishes and clean stones from plums. In the middle of the salad put hard boiled egg, slit as lily. All sprinkled with salt and olive oil. Serve with yogurt mixed with mustard.
