Spring Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
2 eggs
100 g feta cheese
3 sprigs fresh garlic
1 tbsp sunflower oil
lemon juice 1/2
1/2 bunch of dill
50 g olives
salt
pepper
Method
Spinach is cleaned, washed and blanched in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water and cut into in large pieces. Distributed into individual serving plates. The feta cheese cut into small cubes and mix with chopped garlic and dill. The cubes were placed in the dishes about spinach. Each serving sprinkle with finely grated hard-boiled eggs and flavored with disordered sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Top is decorated with olives and fennel branches.
