Stara chutney

Ingredients
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
10 (1 kg) red peppers
1-2 (100 g) tomatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
salt
Method
Chop Peel and cut into in small pieces. The peppers are roasted, peeled and finely chopped. Tomatoes through a sieve. Thus prepared products are placed in a wooden bowl and rub with pestle until become smooth mass. Add the vegetable oil and salt. The mixture was stirred well and allowed to stand for several hours, then served.
