Steak lesnicheyski

Ingredients
800 g of meat
4-8 tbsp berries (blackberries, blueberries, etc.)
1 cup wine or juice of black currant
2 onions
2 carrots
8-10 mushrooms
80 g salo
paprika
flour
frying fat
salt
sugar
Method
Berries are boiled 15 minutes in a little water and rub through sieve. The resulting juice is mixed with wine sweetened with a pinch of sugar and away from the fire. The meat is cut into steaks, which are crushed on both sides with a wooden mallet, rolled in flour and fry in highly preheated oil until they turn golden brown. Remove to a warmed court. In the same fat, put chopped bacon, onions, carrots and mushrooms and sauté until soft, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, sugar and pepper and pour the juice from the berries. Thicken the sauce with 1 tsp flour mixed into a little cold water and boil. Boil for 15 minutes on low heat. It is poured in serving steaks. Steaks can be dusted with pepper and lemon juice.
