The butter is melted in a pot and in it fry the steaks on both sides. Remove and place in a greased baking pan. In saucepan sauté vegetables, cut into thin strips, and onions and mushrooms, cut into slices. Vegetable mixture should be slightly crunchy, is spread over the steak, sprinkle with pepper and salt and cover with a piece of cheese.
