Ingredients
5 thin chops sinski
1 onion
300 ml milk
200 g roasted peppers
200 g processed cheese
200 g roasted eggplant
1/2 cup ketchup (tomato)
4 cloves garlic
pinch of finely chopped mint
pepper
parsley
30 g butter
300 g mushrooms

Method
The butter is heated and stew sliced ​​onions, then add ketchup. Add milk and processed cheese. Once a homogeneous mixture, adding crushed garlic and mint. Leave on low heat to boil for 10 minutes. In casseroles arrange mushrooms, eggplant and then chops. Top rank roasted peppers, so to hide everything. All pour the ready homogeneous. Bake at 200 C for 1 hour and 45 minutes. When done sprinkle with chopped parsley.
