Ingredients
6 pork chops
200 g mayonnaise
200 g yogurt
1 tsp mustard
250-300 g mushrooms
1 bouillon cube Kostilya
pepper
1-2 tbsp flour
salt
Method
Chops sprinkled with salt and pepper, crushed and lightly fry. Arrange in a baking dish. Above are placed the mushrooms. In a 750 ml jar placed 1-2 tbsp flour, mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, tritiated bouillon cube and make the jar with water. Insert the screw cap and shake the jar to break products. Pour chops with this mixture. Tray covered with foil. Dish bake in preheated oven until ready.

This is broth cubes -Teleshki ribs Maggie. The name Kostilya was another brand, but I do not remember any of. Not necessarily to put such a broth can and mushroom.
