Ingredients
1 kg steak
300 g mushrooms
1 onion
pepper
salt
3 tbsp lard
butter
Method
Chops are crushed with a wooden mallet, sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped chopped onion. Stay in a cool place for at least 1 hour. Then cleared the onion and fry until browned in very little fat. Separately, sauté mushrooms until soft with little butter. Steaks are served covered with mushrooms and topped with optional stewed potatoes, rice, cabbage, peas, pickles.
