Steaks Paprika

Ingredients
600 g streaky pork
100 g salted salo
1 tsp paprika
1 chili pepper
4 onions
1/3 cup red wine
4 tbsp cream
2 cloves garlic
flour
salt
fat frying
Method
Formed on steak meat hammered, rubbed with crushed garlic in salt and let sit for 30 minutes. Salo and onions finely, scatter with red pepper and mix well. Steak fry on both sides in heated oil and deducted in warmed bowls. In the same fat stew mixture of salo and onions, sprinkle with a little flour and pour the wine. The resulting sauce boils, add acrid pepper and away from the fire after 5-6 minutes. Add the cream (or sauce roast). Fried steak pour the sauce and serve.
