Steam mixed pickles

Ingredients
8 kg peppers
3 kg green tomatoes
2-3 kg onions
2 kg cauliflower
2 kg carrots
celery 1 kg
1 kg okra
300 g garlic
2-3 bunches of parsley
allspice, black pepper, bay leaf
10 liters of water
2 l vinegar
500 ml sunflower oil
1.2 kg salt
Method
Peppers Wash, remove stems and their apex is cleaved. The remaining vegetable also washed and cleaned. Mix vinegar, water and salt and boil. Flavored with spices. In the boiling marinade to put the peppers and onions (3-4 pieces for 1-2 minutes) and leave to cool completely. Arrange in a bowl and pour boiling marinade with. Leave to stand for 12 hours. Remove and arrange the dishes in between the rest of the vegetable. Pressed with a lattice (cross) and weight and pour marinade.
