Steamed cabbage

Ingredients
5 kg cabbage
1 cup vinegar
7 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 cup salt
2 cup sunflower oil
30 peppercorns
3-4 bay leaves
Method
Cabbage cut into large pieces. One by one placed in the boiling marinade made from other products for 10 seconds. Take out and leave to cool. Arrange in a large jar and pour in the cooled marinade.
