Ingredients
1 kg of fish
2-3 (150 g) carrots
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
10-12 (1 kg) potatoes
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1/2 head (50 g) celery
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
parsley
pepper
bay leaf
salt

Method
In court, oiled, ranks fish cleaned washed and cut into portions. Place top stewed in advance of the fat finely chopped carrots, onions and celery. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cover with chopped tomatoes. Add spices, vegetable oil, vinegar and salt to taste. Serve stew over low heat for half an hour. Serve with boiled potatoes.
