Steamed fresh cabbage

Ingredients
1 cabbage
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
salt
paprika
Method
Cabbage cut into large pieces and add salt. Place a spoonful or two sunflower oil, quickly replace the lid and stew. Fry flour with paprika and tomato paste in the remaining sunflower oil. Make up water to obtain a sauce. Pour over cabbage and stew in the oven with the lid on.
