Steamed mackerel

Ingredients
4 mackerel
2 tomatoes
30 g butter
60 g breadcrumbs
1 onion
the juice of 1/2 lemon
3-4 sprigs of parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned mackerel are placed in a vessel, add boiled, peeled and cut into quarters tomatoes, chopped onion and parsley. Add salt, sprinkle black pepper, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, place pieces of butter and stew until soft.
