Steamed trout

Ingredients
4 trout
30 g butter
4 tbsp (40 ml) olive oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
parsley
salt
1 lemon
Method
Grind garlic with salt, mix with finely chopped parsley, 15 g melted butter, lemon juice and 3/4 cup (150 ml) cold water. Cleaned trout cut in half, fry on both sides in olive oil and garlic mixture poured. The chopped onion fry in olive oil and butter, add to trout and stew for 5 minutes. Fish are arranged in a dish, pour the strained with sauce and served with boiled potatoes and lemon slices.
