Sterilised baked chutney

Ingredients
1 kg red peppers
2 kg red tomatoes
4-5 onions
1 cup sunflower oil
salt
1-2 tsp sugar

Method
All products are cleaned and cut into pieces. In a deep pan rank peppers, onions on them and on top of tomatoes. Between layers sprinkles a little salt and sunflower oil. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, sugar and the rest of the oil. Bake in oven until tender and liquid products are poizpari. After cooled down, the entire mixture is ground in a machine for meat. Tries of salt. If liquid is dovaryava fire until thickened. Fill jars are hermetically sealed and sterilized 10 minutes. Of these amounts go 6-7 jam jars.
