Sterilised seasoning for soups

Ingredients
1 kg salt
1 kg red tomatoes
1 kg red pepper
carrots 1 kg
1 kg onion
2-3 heads celery
2 bunches of parsley
Method
Everything except the celery and parsley grind in meat trimmer, spices are finely chopped and added to the vegetables, put it and salt. Mix well and put in jars, sterilized 10-15 minutes.

With so salt does not need to be sterilized. I've done it a few years, withstand cold all winter without breaks. Now do the same seasoning with a little salt in the freezer. Remember that the use of much salt is bad!

Thank you, I'll do it this time with - a little salt. I know about salt, but when I use it, do not put other salt and yet you hear.
