Method
Healthy, ripe fruit, cleaned and thoroughly washed chopped or grated and placed in jars, as pressed to come up air. Do not add any water or sugar syrup. May be prepared from one type of fruit or different. sterilized 20-30 minutes. Removing from the hot water jars immediately turn down the cap and leave until cool completely. So sterilized fruit is consumed directly or used to make cakes, jellies, fruit pies, etc. Suitable for diabetics.

In the first made jars fruit mingled with some grape juice. Used later peaches / unsightly appearance, but very aromatic / melon, pears, apples.
