Stew Chicken

Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 heads (100 g) onion
5-6 (300 g) tomatoes
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
5-6 peppercorns
1 spicy pepper
savory
parsley
salt
Method
Chicken cut into pieces, then fry in fat and then removed. In the same fat, sauté the finely chopped onion, then tomatoes, cut into quarters. Add 1 tbsp flour and paprika and pour hot water. In the sauce, after boil, put the meat with black pepper and savory. Dish add salt to taste and leave to simmer from time to time make a little hot water. At the end are added 1 tbsp flour mixed into cold water. Once the boil a few minutes, the dish is sprinkled with finely chopped parsley, remove from heat and serve.
