Stew meat in pole
Ingredients
1 kg mutton
4-5 heads (350 g) onion
60 g butter
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
parsley
mint
salt

Method
The meat is cut into medium-sized pieces and put in an earthen pot. Place top chopped onion, parsley and mint. Add red pepper, fat, little water and salt to taste. Court was capped and cover him with mortar dough. Thus prepared dish stew on low heat until ready.
