Stew peas and potatoes

Ingredients
1 jar sterilized peas (800 g)
5-6 potatoes
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2 onions
2-3 tbsp canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cube chicken broth
parsley
3-4 tbsp flour

Method
In a saucepan put chopped into large cubes potatoes, pour in water enough to cover them and put on the stove to soften a slow fire. During this time, fry in a pan chopped onions and tomatoes with the oil. Once the potatoes are ready add the peas from the jar with its juice, roux, cube broth and pepper. Make and 200-300 ml water. Finally concentrated beaten flour with a little water and cut parsley. Optional can put garlic.

It was very good.I do not know how to put 2-3 tablespoons of tomato, so I put 3 tomatoes.Instead of parsley, dill.A spoonful *magi-magical taste 'vegetables and chicken.Mmmmmm, chudnichko!

I'm not often in the kitchen, but when I'm there, first go here- site! Never before I have put forward with recipes from you! Light and suitable for winter eating. I put a carrot in roux. Except tomatoes and put a little chutney. When boiling potatoes put teaspoon vinegar (so they are more delicious). Except black pepper add red pepper, sweet chili and turmeric. :)
